    Thanks for posting! Normally the content in the app that is being pulled from the CMS would refresh according to this information: https://customersupport.doubledutch.me/hc/en-us/articles/205406517 but it sounds like you're experiencing something outside the norm. It looks like you also have a ticket open with our support team so we'll continue to help troubleshoot via that ticket.
