    Hi Kristin, great question!  In that case, the user will want to log out of the app, enter their email address, and then on the screen to enter their password, there's a link to reset the password.  That will send them an email with a link to set the password to whatever they choose.  If they need any assistance, they can always email our team at attendeesupport@doubledutch.me  Have a great day!

    We have used the DoubleDutch app a handful of times now and love it. But, my biggest piece of feedback to the team would be to speed up the password reset process. The automated email for a password reset can take up to 5 minutes to come in. Our conferences require each user to create their own passwords and this feature becomes critical.

    Hi Will,  thanks for sharing your feedback and we're glad to hear you love the app!  Receiving the reset email can be dependent on several factors including the strength of the wifi signal on the device and the recipients email domain, but we do agree that that the ability for attendees to get into the app quickly is quite important!  We're always looking for ways to make the login process more efficient for everyone so we hope you continue to see improvements in this as you keep using the app.
