In certain situations, you may have a registrant who forgot to enter a promo code while registering for an event. Instead of canceling the order and having the individual re-register, event organizers can override the price to reflect the correct amount with the promo code added.

Overriding an Item Price on an Order
To override an item on an order, go to the Orders list from the main menu, or within the Manage section of an event. Click on one of your orders from the list, then click 'View'.
Scroll down to the bottom of the order, find the item you'd like to override the price for, and click the drop-down arrow next to the item. Then click 'Override Price'.
A popup will appear that will allow you to input the new price amount for the item. Once you've entered the new amount, click 'Apply'.
The revised price will now show on the Order.
Additionally, overriding item prices will also show on the order's Transactions tab.
If the registrant owes money on the order after overriding an item price (e.g. has a balance), add payment can be used to reconcile the order.
If the event organizer owes money on the order after overriding an item price (e.g. negative balance), refunding can be used to reconcile the order.
