The DoubleDutch Registration platform offers a way to integrate your event and registrant data into HubSpot.

Connecting HubSpot to Registration
To connect HubSpot to the Registration platform, click on 'Settings', then 'Integration'. In the integrations menu, you should see a Cloud Elements section. Click on 'Connect' next to Hubspot Marketing.
A pop-up will appear asking for your HubSpot login credentials. After logging in, the platform will then be connected to your HubSpot account.
Enabling the HubSpot Integration for an Event
Next, you will need to enable the integration for an event. To do so, click on an event and under "Edit Event", click on 'Integration'.
You should then see HubSpot Marketing integration listed. To turn on the integration for the event, click on 'Enable'.
Lastly, you will want to map the registration platform fields to the HubSpot fields. To do so, click on 'Fields Mapping'. You will then see the list of fields available to map. Click on the drop-down menus to select and assign fields from your HubSpot account. When finished, click 'Save'.
