The Roadshow Template has been created for events that have an exclusive guest list and an emphasis on brand elevation. We understand that events like roadshows are often repeated and this template should be used to build a simple base for the first event to be copied from for future events. In addition to our most popular app sections (e.g. activity feed, agenda, speakers, and maps), we’ve added a few informational sections that commonly apply to external events:

For events where you have invited several clients and prospects and not all will be attending, we recommend hiding the attendee list.
Content to Note
The Roadshow Template includes two polls to get the conversation started before your event, and two basic surveys to collect feedback from attendees. Don’t forget to update the dates to fit your event timeline, and customize any language as you see fit. The Products & Services Info section is a Custom List where you can provide more information about products and provide more resources such as representative contact info, hosted documents or presentations, or links to mobile-optimized web pages.
You can also choose to enable the most effective tools for networking, the Direct Messaging and Topic Channels sections. Ideas for Topic Channels include product-specific channels for answering questions and talking about use cases, regional channels facilitate geographically convenient connections.
