    Just a comment on the structure of the content under this "Best Practices" section.

    I think it would be helpful if it was structured so that as much of the redundancy is removed as possible.

    Better to read about "Developing an Agenda" one time and communicate how it aids with data collection, brand awareness, membership renewal, et cetera, than to read the same content over and over.

    You could provide a table – with links – that summarises the app features that aid with "Brand Awareness", "Audience Data Collection" and other goals, so that users can read all the information that relates to that topic if they have a specific goal they'd like to optimize their event for.
