    Is it possible to upload custom, branded artwork? We want to keep our branding intact and not use the stock images; plus there aren't any visuals that will fit our categories we intend on creating. Thank you!

    Hi Alex,
    Thanks for posting! At this time you're only able to select from the pre-loaded options in the CMS. Topic Channels are still a pretty new feature in the app, and we'd love to hear more about your use case and ideas on what you'd like to see in our Discussion Boards: https://customersupport.doubledutch.me/hc/communities/public/topics/200199448-Feature-Requests-Product-Enhancements

    Thank you! I think having the ability to add in custom artwork like you are on the other parts of the app would be great. Stock images can be great but also removes the customization and brand integrity.

    Hi Julie,
    We are continuing to enhance the reporting available on the Event Performance dashboard. This report will be available in the near future, but for now if you need this report, please send us a note through the 'submit a request' button with your event info and the time period you'd like the report for. Cheers!

    Hi Jenna,

    Great question!  At this time, moderation within the channel by an admin is not currently possible, but our team continues to monitor customer feedback to help inform future enhancements that will be most valuable. Cheers!

    This feature is not "new" any more - how can we add custom images for the discussion channels, and how posts be removed? These are critical features to promote and protect the brand of the event.

    Our product team is taking a look at all of the messaging features that have been rolled out over the last year to see what the next set of updates and enhancements should be, and we look forward to sharing those updates with our customers as they become available!
