There are 2 key areas for sharing documents with attendees in the DoubleDutch app. These key areas are in the Agenda Session Details and in a Files & External Links section.
Note: As a general rule we suggest that the file name contains no more than 35 characters. We also support some special characters, e.g. & , #, + but we do not support hyphens, underscores, etc.
Files & External Links Section
The Files & External Links section-type is a menu section that contains a list of files and links to external websites. This is a great place to provide central documents and files for the entire event.
Note: Files & External Links sections cannot be placed and organized into Folder sections.
Agenda Session Details
The agenda session details page in the app is a great place to provide attendees with additional information about each session, including any documents or files that speakers want them to reference later.
These need to be loaded into the Content Management System ahead of time so speakers need to provide these to the event organizer in advance.
