The Customer Support Center is made up of two parts: a knowledge base and a discussion board platform.
The knowledge base contains articles and videos, organized by topic. For example, if you wanted to know how to add attendees into your app, you would navigate to the "Adding Content" section and then find the appropriate article or video.
The discussion board consists of questions and answers submitted by users and DoubleDutch staff, organized by topic. This is a great place to interact with other DoubleDutch users, learn more about how people use the app, and submit product ideas to DoubleDutch staff.
If you are interested in commenting on any articles or videos, or participating in the community discussion boards, you'll need to create a login for this site.
To do so, click 'Sign In' up at the top right of the page. If you've contacted our Support team, you can just request a password, as you already have an account with us. If you haven't contacted us, you'll need to create a full login.
