Digital Business Cards
We are excited to announce a new networking tool: Digital Business Cards.
Exchange contact info with another attendee at your next event by scanning their digital business card. Share your info by tapping “Share Card” and letting one or more other people scan.
Attendees can even customize their contact information depending on the situation. Only want select people to see your mobile number? Just hide it before sharing with the masses. Wear multiple hats in your career? Customize your title for your audience.
Then, export your scanned contacts to email, text, Slack, or any other sharing platform on your phone.

With Live Q&A, event organizers can now moderate questions and answers during sessions. The Moderator Dashboard is accessible via the Event Day tab in the CMS. With moderation turned on, as questions are received they can be reviewed by the organizer and added to the Q&A section for that session. With moderation off, all new questions submitted will automatically be added to the Q&A section in the app.
Attendees can access Q&A via the session details page. After clicking 'Join' they will be able to submit their questions.

Note: Personal Leads and Live Q&A are available for app versions 7.15 and higher.
In DoubleDutch Registration, hotel reservations can be set up through Registration events. Event organizers can create room blocks that registrants can then purchase via the registration form.
This feature is disabled by default. Please contact your DoubleDutch representative to have it enabled.
