Within an event, you can find event-specific analytics from the Analytics section.
The Analytics page can then be broken down into several areas.
Under Tickets Sold, you can view the number of sales either hourly, daily, weekly, monthly. Once you've chosen your timeframe, you can then view the following information:
- Total Sales
- Contact Fees
- Promoter Fees
- CC Fees
- Tickets Sold
- Tickets Refunded
- Total Refunded
Revenue By Ticket's Type
Each ticket type is broken down by the number sold and available, the price, the number and amount refunded, and revenue gained from the sale of that ticket type. For more information on ticket types, click here.
Revenue By Sessions
Any sessions that you've added to your event will appear here. The data includes the capacity of the sessions, the amount that has been sold, any refunds that have occurred, and revenue gained. This information only appears for Registration events. For more information on creating sessions, click here.
If you have promoted your event on social media networks through DD Reg, you can view the performance of those posts here. You can view the number of clicks on your post, the number of tickets sold through the post, and total revenue gained.
