To view and pull event-specific reporting, click on the name of the event that you'd like to view reporting for, then select the 'Reports' section. Under this section, there are several different report options available to you.
For each report (except Sales By Date and Schedule Reports), click 'Customize' in the top left-hand corner to choose the columns you'd like to show, and filter the information.
When you're ready to download a report, click 'Export to CSV'.
When exporting reports, a box will pop up in the lower left-hand corner, displaying the status of the export. Once the status shows 100%, you can go ahead and click the green down arrow to download the file to your computer.
The Attendees report shows the list of attendees that have registered for the event. Includes the attendee name, ticket type, attendee ID, etc.
The Orders report shows your list of orders for the event, their status, and the amount received through each one.
Sales/RSVP By Date
The Sales By Date report provides a graphical view of the number of sales gained over a specific time period for that event. You can modify the information shown in the graph by selecting the appropriate options from the drop-down menus. Once you've selected the information you'd like to include, click 'Run Report' to update the graph.
The Scheduled Reports tab allows you to schedule sending the Attendees report to an individual. To set this up, click 'Add Scheduled Report'. Input how far in advance (in hours) you'd like to send out the report. Then add the email addresses of the recipients who will receive the report. Lastly, click 'Is Enabled' and 'Save' to schedule the report.
You can view your list of scheduled reports at any time, as well as click 'View Logs' to see the list of emails that have been sent.
The Abandoned Carts report shows the list of individuals that have started but not finished the purchasing process.
