The Order Confirmation email is what is sent to registrants when they purchase products from your store. To access the settings for the Order Confirmation email, click 'Email Settings' under the Store section of the navigation menu.
On the Email Settings main screen, you should see the following options:
- Business Admin checkbox: when an order is completed the business admin will receive the order confirmation email.
- Buyer checkbox: when an order is completed the buyer will receive the order confirmation email.
- Actions menu: edit the order confirmation email, or preview the email.
Editing the Order Confirmation E-Mail
Click the 'Edit' button from the Actions menu to make changes to the email. You can customize fields such as the:
- Email Logo
- From Name
- Custom Subject
- Reply to Email
When finished making edits, click 'Save'.
Previewing the Order Confirmation Email
Additionally, you can view a sample of the Order Confirmation email by selecting 'Preview' from the Actions menu, or on the editing page.
