The Subscriptions tab can be found under the Memberships section. In order to add Subscriptions, you will first need to set up Memberships. After you have Memberships set up, registrants will be able to purchase them from your Membership Page.
The Membership Subscriptions page then shows you the list of individuals that have made Membership purchases.
Purchasing a Membership
At any time, you can view the Membership purchasing process by clicking 'Add Subscription'. This is sometimes used if the buyer has already paid for the Membership using cash or check.
On the first screen, the buyer will be able to select from the list of Memberships. To continue on the next screen, they will need to click 'Continue'.
On the next screen, the buyer will fill out their first name, last name, and email. They will click 'Continue' to move to the last step of the process.
The last screen shows the payment page. There's a few options here:
- Buyer information same as member: the buyer can be different than the person using the membership. Uncheck this box and fill out the personal information if the buyer is different than the member.
- Create Account: allows the buyer to create an account so they can log in and view their ticket/registrations at any time.
- Payment: cash, credit card, or check. If the buyer chooses credit card they will be prompted to enter their payment information.
Once the final page is complete, the buyer can click 'Order Now' to finalize the purchase process. They will be taken to a confirmation screen and will receive a confirmation email as well.
