Segments can be used to target specific contacts when sending campaign emails. You can view your segments under the Campaigns section of the main menu or within the Invites section of an event.

Create a New Segment
To create a new segment, click 'Add Segment'.
First, you'll want to give your segment a name. This should be something that allows you to easily understand the context of the segment as it relates to your other ones.
Next, you'll choose whether you want contacts to match all of the following conditions you choose or any of the conditions.
Note: with “All Conditions” selected, the Segment includes only the contacts that meet all of the conditions specified while with “Any” selected, the Segment includes all contacts that meet any of the conditions specified.
Conditions can consist of the following:
- Date Added
- Email Address
- Last Changed
- Subscriber Activity
- Ticket Type
- First Name
- Last Name
- Contact Import
- Invite Status (Invitations only)
For instance, you might be looking to make a segment for individuals of a specific company. You could name the segment something like 'DoubleDutch Manager', then set "Contacts must match the following conditions" to 'All Conditions'. Finally, set the conditions to:
- Title is 'Manager'
- Email Address contains 'doubledutch'
When finished, click 'Save & Preview'. You will then see the list of individuals that fall under your new segment.
Edit a Segment
You can also change a segment at any time by clicking on 'Edit' from the Segments list.
